10 years in this space means I've learned to make invisible complexity feel simple — across checkout flows, onboarding merchants, gateway dashboards, and the backend tools that power millions of transactions.
As a design leader I explore new tools and workflows hands-on so I can bring my team along. I lead design for the Payment Gateway pod blending craft with experimentation. I joined early enough to grow with the company, and now lead and mentor designers across the team. Before that, founding designer at SpringWorks, where I built a design team from scratch.
